Position: Motorcycle Mechanic

Location: Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team at RUSI Motors. As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles to ensure they are in optimal condition for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
• Conduct thorough inspections of motorcycles to identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Test ride motorcycles to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification from a recognized motorcycle mechanic program or equivalent experience.
